Ines Karu-Salo is a purpose-driven serial entrepreneur, creative mind and sustainability advocate with over 20 years of experience building businesses and communities across entertainment and retail.

A formerly well-known oriental dance artist and TV personality in Estonia, Ines became a five-time founder behind ventures including InesDance, Mothercare Baltics, KiRiVOO and The Rewear Company. Currently based in London, she combines creativity, technology and entrepreneurship to make a difference.

She was named one of Sublime Magazine’s “Top 6 Sustainable Entrepreneurs 2025”, with her ventures receiving multiple awards and international recognition.
