Introduction
InesDance began as one of Tallinn’s best-known oriental and Polynesian dance studios, welcoming women from 2007–2017 to learn to dance, perform, strengthen their bodies and reconnect with their femininity and creativity.
InesDance grew out from Ines's belief that dance is much more than movement. Having taught bellydance since 2004, Ines has always seen it as a powerful way to shape a strong and healthy body, build confidence and create a deeper connection between body and mind.
As an internationally experienced oriental dance artist, instructor and choreographer, Ines became the first Specialty Teacher for Middle Eastern/Oriental Dance and Egyptian Folklore in the Baltics, certified by Prof. Hassan Khalil at ISOC in 2010. Throughout her dance career, she performed and taught internationally in Europe, Cairo and Las Vegas, and managed more than 15 professional dancers, produced over 400 show acts and worked with more than 200 corporate clients.
After moving to London and becoming a mother, Ines stepped away from professional dancing, but never from dance itself. It remains an essential part of her life — a way to stay strong, energised and connected to herself, both physically and mentally.
Today, Ines blends oriental and Polynesian dance with fitness through private coaching and digital instruction. The purpose remains much the same as when it began: to help women build confidence and strength, rediscover the joy of movement, and support both body and mind.
“What was once my first profession in my 20s has become something much more personal in my 40s — a practice I simply can’t imagine my life without because it still makes me feel so good. And if I can share that joy with other women and help them feel the same, then even better.”
